How repair-request information is handled.

This policy describes the information collected through this website and how it is used.

Information you choose to provide

A repair request may include your name, phone number, ZIP code, issue type, system details, and anything else you add. This information is used to respond to the request and may be shared with a relevant service provider for that purpose.

Technical information

Hosting and security systems may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and requested pages to deliver and protect the site.

We use PostHog to understand anonymous website activity, including page visits, referral sources, clicks on labeled calls to action, scroll depth, and whether a repair form was started, submitted, or returned an error. PostHog may use browser storage to distinguish visits and may provide masked session replays. We do not send names, phone numbers, ZIP codes, repair descriptions, or other form values to PostHog as analytics event properties. Form inputs are masked in session replay, and the repair-request network endpoint is excluded from replay capture.

Retention and choices

Request information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate service, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Do not include passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data in the form.

Service providers and updates
